COMMISSIONS AND FEES
Creators receive 82% of the sales generated on the platform and receive referral commissions on sales and purchases, which is 10% before taxes per transaction. Banking fees apply for transactions (2.9% for PayPal and 4.9% for cryptocurrency payments).

RELATIONS BETWEEN CREATORS AND USERS
These terms govern the relationships between a creator and a user during the use of the platform's services.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Orders must be placed via a user account, and payments must be made immediately. Users should be aware of the specifications of the products or services before making a purchase.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Users may not withdraw from fully executed services, unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering.

RESPONSIBILITY
Creators are responsible for the creation and distribution of their content. The platform is not responsible for the published content and does not guarantee its compliance.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content published by creators remains the exclusive property of these creators. However, such content may be used freely by ouiM.live and without prior authorization by its author on any medium or network as part of marketing or promotional initiatives, both to promote the merits and services of ouiM.live and to promote other products or individuals. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share this content without the explicit consent of the creator.

PERSONAL DATA
The platform collects personal data to manage user accounts. Users may request the deletion of their data at any time.

APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by Mexican law. Any disputes must be resolved before the competent jurisdiction in Mexico.
